In Vietnam, a school year is split into 2 semesters, the first begins in August and ends in December, the second begins in late January and runs until May.
To send a child to school in Vietnam, each year typically costs between USD$200 - $400. The purpose of our fund initiative is to support our artisans families, to showcase the importance of learning and to inspire the children to do well at school.
We're announcing this initiative today, February 11 as our artisans begin their Lunar New Year holiday - where they travel to their hometowns and spend quality time with friends and family. This fund is a way for us to share our success with our valuable team, and to thank them for all their incredible work that they do.
Every Coconut Bowls product purchased will be directly contributing to this initiative, our founding members of our education fund are acknowledged below.
This is one of many initiatives made possible by our coco community, so thank you to all of our existing customers who have already supported and helped inspire learning for our artisans children.
We invite you to help us support and celebrate our Vietnamese Artisans by making a purchase today.
