Nutty Chocolate Bliss Balls

There is no better feeling than coming home to a well-stocked kitchen with freshly made Nutty Chocolate Bliss Balls. A couple of these will surely delight your taste buds and stave off hunger. 

  • Almonds, 1 cup
  • Cashews, 1 cup
  • Dates, 1 cup (softened)
  • Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
  • Maca Powder, 1 tsp (optional)
  • Psyllium Husks, 1 tsp (optional)
  • Flax Meal, 1 tsp
  • Cacao Powder, 1/4 cup
  • Sea Salt, a pinch
  • Almond Butter, 1 tbsp
  • Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp
  1. In your food processor add your nuts and cacao and process until they’re broken down into gritty pieces. 
  2.  Add in the rest of your ingredients and process until you have a sticky dough. 
  3. Turn out into a bowl and roll into bite-sized balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
