Acai & Coconut Swirl Smoothie Bowls

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
  • Coconut Flesh, 400 g (frozen)
  • Bananas, 2 (frozen)
  • Acai Sachets, 2 (frozen)
  • Blueberries, 1/2 cup (frozen)
  • Coconut Water, as needed
METHOD
  1. Combine coconut flesh and frozen bananas in a high power blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer approx. half the coconut mix to bowls and then add the acai and blueberries to the remaining mixture.
  2. Blend until all ingredients are combined and has reached your desired texture.
  3. Scoop into bowls and add desired toppings. We recommend granola, fresh fruit and/or peanut butter.
