I LOVE to eat this smoothie in my Coconut Bowls because somehow that makes everything taste better. These bowls are made from reclaimed coconut shells that would previously have been thrown out and burned as waste. They are cut, cleaned, sanded, and polished with organic virgin coconut oil, making them 100% natural, eco-friendly, and beautiful bowls you can eat anything and everything out of!
Now, let’s get into the recipe:
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries (or any berry of choice)
1 Sambazon frozen acai packet
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
A splash of almond milk
Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth – it’s as simple as that!
Feel free to top with tons of delicious goodies Some of my favorites are ground flax seed, chia seeds, mulberries, cacao nibs, coconut, almonds, and granola!
