Everyday Green Smoothie

Here's a perfect smoothie on-the-go by @oatstomyheart. Slightly sweet but packed full of nutrients and protein. 

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS
  • Bananas, 2
  • Spinach, 1 large handful
  • Mango, 1 cup (frozen)
  • Hemp Hearts, 1 tbsp
  • Maca Powder, 1 tbsp
  • Spirulina, 1 tsp
  • Almond Milk, 1 cup
  • Vegan Protein Powder, 1 scoop (optional)
METHOD
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour in a jar and serve with your bamboo straw.
