- AQUA BOWLS
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen green grapes
- 1 tbsp coconut shreds
- 1/2 - 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 - 1 tsp blue spirulina
- PITAYA BOWL
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen red pitaya
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pop ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
- Scoop into your favorite coconut bowl and top with shredded coconut, muesli and fruit of choice.
