- Coconut Water, 1 cup
- Bananas, 2 (sliced and frozen)
- Pineapple, 1/2 cup (frozen)
- Peaches, 1/3 cup (frozen)
- Spinach, 1 cup (organic)
- Orange, 1 (peeled)
- Lemon, 1 (juiced)
- Wheatgrass Powder, 1 tsp (optional)
- Ginger, 1/2 knob (about 2 tsp)
- Turmeric, 1 knob (optional)
- Blend everything until smooth in the Vitamix or other high speed blender until smooth.
- Serve it in your coconut bowl and top it off with sliced oranges, blueberries, passion fruit pomegranate seeds and finger limes.
