As you can feel summer is around the corner, and I don’t know you guys but I am always craving fresh and cold food. That’s why I couldn’t resist having a Mango Summer Bowl this morning. In my opinion, bowls are the perfect combination because not only they are delish but also they are soooooo easy and fast to prepare.  This bowl took me literally 5 minutes, if you are always in a rush in the morning, this bowl is your on the go brekky.  So, I can’t wait anymore…. Let’s do it!

INGREDIENTS:

  • FROZEN MANGO – 30 GRAMS
  • FROZEN PAW PAW – 30 GRAMS
  • PEANUT BUTTER – 1 SPOON
  • ALMOND MILK – 20 ML
  • PEANUT BUTTER
  • LOTS OF LOVE

As you can tell, the most important part to create this amazing smooth texture in any breakfast bowl is the FROZEN fruit. Be aware and 24 hours before chopping any fruit and place it in the fridge. In this case I chose pawpaw and mango because they are similar in colour and taste, of course, the fun part of creating bowl is to play with colours, textures, flavour and fruits. Well well well, as soon as you got all the ingredients place them into the blender, and of course BLEEEEEEND until you got the creamy, smooth and homogenous texture (as you can see in the photo).

THEN COMES AT LEAST FOR ME THE FUN PART: ADD TOPPINGS
  • CHIA
  • SHREDDED COCONUT
  • PISTACHIOS
  • POMEGRANATE SEEDS

So, this is the final result; really it took me like 5 minutes. If you really want to have a nice breakfast, brunch or snack; I do believe that this option is the best. It is not only good for your health and tummy but also for your eyes.
