Pink Pitaya Nice Cream

You'll surely get a real pitaya flavor in this smoothie bowl because two of its ingredients are fresh pitaya and pitaya powder. It also comes with a hidden veg!

  • Bananas, 2 (frozen)
  • Pink Pitaya, 1 cup
  • Cauliflower, 1/2 cup (frozen)
  • Pink Pitaya Powder, 1 tbsp
  • Almond Milk, a splash
  1. Blend everything in a blender adding almond milk a splash at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Serve with your favorite Coconut Bowls and add your favorite toppings!
