Watermelon Smoothie Bowl


Refreshing, delicious and sweet. All the right elements of an ice cream but super healthified! 

  • Fresh Watermelon, 1 cup
  • Strawberries, 1/2 cup
  • Mango, 2 cups (frozen)
  1. Blend together all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 


  • You can increase or decrease the recipe by always using this ratio: 1 part watermelon, 1/2 part strawberries and 2 part mango.
