RECIPE BY NAOMI FROM @healthywithpleasure

Did you know that you can always sneak in a few veggies in your porridge? @healthywithpleasure has chosen to add cauliflower in her oats. Genius!

INGREDIENTS
  • OATMEAL
    • Almond Milk, 200 ml
    • Apple, 1/2 (chopped)
    • Cauliflower RIce, 3 tbsp
    • Oats, 3 tbsp
    • Cinnamon
    • Raisins, 1 tbsp
    • Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
    • Cinnamon
    • Peanut Butter
    • Pomegranate Seeds
    • Quinoa Puffs
    • Cacao Nibs
METHOD
  1. Heat almond milk in a saucepan.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer your cauli-oats in your favourite Coconut Bowl and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
