RECIPE BY ELLE FROM ELLE'S HUNGRY

Here's a smoothie that is best consumed in the morning! Swap this with your coffee for a nutrient-packed, protein-rich energy-boosting drink!

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS
  • Banana, 1 (frozen)
  • Almond Milk, 1 cup
  • Spinach Leaves, 1 cup 
  • Vegan Protein Powder, 1 scoop
  • Maple Syrup, 1/2 tbsp
  • LSA, 2 tsp (powdered mix of linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds)
  • Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp
  • Water, 1 cup
  • A handful of Ice
METHOD
  1. Throw everything in and blend until well combined. 
  2. Serve with our Bamboo Straws and enjoy!
