"I love this fruity summery smoothie which features fresh and juicy strawberries that you can’t get enough of!"
- Banana, 2 (frozen)
- Strawberries, 1 cup
- Cashew or Almond Butter, 1 tbsp
- Maca Powder, 1 tsp
- Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
- Chickpeas, 1/4 cup (cooked)
- Plant-based Milk, 1/3 cup
- Blend all the ingredients in a highspeed blender until smooth and creamy.
- Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with fresh fruits and granola. Yum!
