RECIPE BY FOOD BY RACH
- Water, 1 cup
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Maple Syrup
- Pineapple Chunks, 5 pcs
- Ice, 1 cup
- Blue Spirulina, 1/2 tsp
- Pink Pitaya Powder, 1/2 tsp
- Blend all ingredients except for the Spirulina and Pitaya Powder.
- Divide mixture into two bowls.
- Add Blue Spirulina in one bowl and Pink Pitaya Powder in another. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Add each colour alternatingly to create the galaxy look.
- Serve with your favourite Bamboo Straws or Wooden Spoons. Enjoy!
