INGREDIENTS
- Banana, 1
- Peanut Butter, desired amount
- Crushed Peanuts, as needed
- Dark Vegan Chocolate, as needed (melted)
METHOD
- Slice banana into bars (about four pieces).
- Lather on your desired peanut butter and press the banana slices into crushed peanuts. Repeat with the rest of the banana slices.
- Dip them into dark chocolate until all coated and let it harden or dry in a wire rack. If you are in a hot climate, let it harden in the fridge.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
