Basic vanilla pudding recipe

Vanilla Pudding is one of the most popular desserts but also makes a delicious and nourishing breakfast! This recipe is light, vegan and healthy. Enjoy!
Ingredients
500 ml almond milk
4 tablespoons of cornstarch (wheat, potato or corn starch)
3-4 tablespoons sweetness (maple syrup, agave syrup etc)
1 vanilla pod
1 pinch of salt
1 dash of lime juice
Method
1. Remove 5 tablespoons of the milk, bring the rest to a boil while stirring constantly.
2. Mix the starch with the remaining milk, the sweetness (here agave syrup), the pith of the vanilla, the lime juice and the salt.
3. Once the whole thing starts to boil, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the starch mixture.
4. Now boil everything over medium heat and with stirring, simmer for about 1 min and then remove from the heat.
