Vegan Rafaello

Perfect for Christmas, this Vegan Raffaello by @terezas_diary is a showstopper and definitely will be a crowd favorite! It is so fuss-free to make with just  4 ingredients. 

INGREDIENTS
  • Cashews, 120 g
  • Dessicated Coconut, 50 g
  • Coconut Butter, 50 g
  • Maple Syrup, 100 ml
METHOD
  1. Add the cashews into a blender and blend them until flour forms.
  2. Then add all the remaining ingredients into the blender and blend until sticky.
  3. Shape small balls and coat them in the desiccated coconut.
  4. Finally add the balls for one hour into the freezer and serve.
