Perfect for Christmas, this Vegan Raffaello by @terezas_diary is a showstopper and definitely will be a crowd favorite! It is so fuss-free to make with just 4 ingredients.
- Cashews, 120 g
- Dessicated Coconut, 50 g
- Coconut Butter, 50 g
- Maple Syrup, 100 ml
- Add the cashews into a blender and blend them until flour forms.
- Then add all the remaining ingredients into the blender and blend until sticky.
- Shape small balls and coat them in the desiccated coconut.
- Finally add the balls for one hour into the freezer and serve.
