Mango Smoothie Bowl

RECIPE BY VERENA FROM FREI STYLE

This is the perfect smoothie to have for breakfast or any time of the day. Each bite is full of flavour and reminds you of the tropics!

INGREDIENTS
  • MANGO SMOOTHIE
    • Mango, 200 g (frozen)
    • Cauliflower, 50 g (frozen)
    • Banana, 1 (frozen)
    • Cashew Butter, 2 tbsp
    • Hemp Seeds, 1 tbsp
    • Sea Buckthorn Juice, 1-2 tbsp 
    • Oat Milk, as needed
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
    • Mango Slices
    • Pomegranate Arils
    • Cashew Butter
    • Hemp Seeds
    • Banana Slices
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients for the smoothie in a high speed blender and mix until smooth. Add as much oat milk as needed until you reach your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into your favourite Boho Coconut Bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
