Add more life and brightness into your day with this rainbow smoothie bowl. You can add in your favoured fruits on top. The more colourful fruits, the merrier!
INGREDIENTS
  • SMOOTHIE
    • Bananas, 2 (frozen)
    • Wild Blueberries, 1/2 cup
    • Young Coconut Meat, 1/3 cup (fresh)
    • Blue Spirulina Powder, 1 1/2 tsp
    • Coconut Milk, 1/4 cup
  • RAINBOW TOPPINGS (as needed)
    • Strawberries, diced
    • Apricots, diced
    • Mango, diced
    • Kiwi, diced
    • Blueberries, diced
    • Blackberries, diced
    • Red Grapes, diced
METHOD
  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve into your favourite Coconut Bowl and arrange your rainbow toppings on top however you like it. Enjoy!
