What are Coconut Bowls made of?
Our Coconut Bowls are hand made from 100% natural coconut shells.
How and where and Coconut Bowls made?
We currently operate workshops in Vietnam and Indonesia. We source discarded coconut shells from farms and plantations throughout SE Asia. They are then transported to our workshop, where each coconut shell is cut, sanded, cleaned before being finish with an organic coconut oil polish.
Are Coconut Bowls food safe?
All of our products have been tested and approved by FDA as food-safe.
Why is eating out a Coconut Bowl better than eating out of a regular bowl?
Coconut Bowls are a 100% natural product, by choosing to eat out of a Coconut Bowl you are helping the environment by using a recycled product of nature. Coconut bowls will also make your food look and even taste better - that’s what we believe anyway =)
The item I would like to buy is out of stock. How long will it take to come back in stock?
There will be times that our products are out of stock, if we have incoming stock soon to arrive, we may offer pre-orders, in which case pre-orders will be delivered within 30 days of placing your order. Pre-sale orders are the first out of the door when we are restocked!
My bowls have arrived and they do not all look the same, is this normal?
Unlike most products that you can buy, our products are always different. No two Coconut Bowls are the same, they’re 100% unique with their own size, shape, marking and imperfections. They’re one in a billion, just like you. That’s one of the reasons they are so special.
What is the volume of a standard Coconut Bowl?
All Coconut Bowls will vary slightly in volume. On average our bowls will hold 500 - 600 ml (16 - 18 oz).

Shipping Costs and Delivery times
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours, or next business day. On rare occasions where we cannot dispatch within 1 business day, we will ship the order as fast as possible.

Will I receive a tracking number?
All Australian orders are shipped with full door-to-door tracking. You can track your AU order by entering your tracking code here.
Most New Zealand orders are shipped with door-to-door tracking, however on occasions this may only be tracked once the order passes through NZ customers.
New Zealand orders require you to enter your tracking number on the NZ Post site here, even when shipped from Australia using Australia Post.

I haven't received my Coconut Bowls order, what should i do?
Please check the tracking link that you should have received via email. If there is limited information there may be a postal service delay (or customs delay if you’re from New Zealand).
We kindly ask that you remain patient, and only ask us to investigate if it has been more than 10 business days since you placed your order.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days and the tracking information is unclear, please complete this form here. We will ask the courier to investigate the whereabouts of your parcel, and if necessary send you a replacement order.

I have received my order and one or more items is damaged?
Although we do our best to keep your products safe and protected during their journey to you, on rare occasions an order may arrive with damaged or faulty products. Please understand that as a company that strives to reduce as much waste as possible, we choose to use only minimal amounts of packaging support.
If you have received damaged products please complete this form here, and follow the instructions and we will organise a replacement for you.*
*To receive a replacement free of charge, you must email us within 14 days of placing your order. If you have received a damaged item and you notify us after 14 days, we will replace your damaged item, however we may require you to cover the shipping and handling costs.
An item that I purchased was damaged during use, what can I do?
While we do our best to ensure the highest quality possible, the durability of natural products is somewhat unpredictable at times. As our products are made by nature, there is the risk that damage may occur during use. To minimise the risk of damage, please follow our care instructions here.
We appreciate that you support using natural products and are happy to replace damaged products within 100 days of ordering. We do however, pass on a $10 shipping and handling charge for replacements. This must be paid prior to us sending replacements.
Can I return my purchased items if I change my mind?
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Can I update my delivery address after placing my order?
We cannot change your delivery address after placing your order. This is because your order information is immediately sent to our warehouse where they will prepare your order for dispatch. If your delivery address is wrong, we suggest you try the two options below.
- Contact your national postal service and quote your tracking parcel ID. Some carriers will let you request a delivery redirect.
- Contact the resident at the address you placed during checkout.
If you are unable to complete the above two options, or the delivery address you listed doesn't exist, we will contact you should your parcel be returned to us. To have your order then shipped back out to you, we will require you to pay a redelivery fee.
Can I update, edit or cancel my order?
We cannot update, edit or cancel any orders once you have completed checkout.
What can I do if my order has been returned to you?
In the occasion your order has been returned to us, we will investigate the reason before determining if you will be required to pay any additional costs for delivery.
