Often times, store-bought banana chips are sugar-laden and fried in oil. Stay away from unhealthy snacks with this oil-free, no-sugar-added banana chips. These are so easy to make and are a great snack for everyone.
INGREDIENTS
- Bananas, 2
- Fresh Lemon Juice, as needed
METHOD
- Cut the bananas into thin slices. Be sure to keep the thickness the same on each slices. This ensures even cooking in the oven.
- Coat the banana slices with a few drops of lemon juice and toss to coat.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Flip each slices and bake for 5-10 minutes more.
- Always keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
- As soon as they come out of the oven they will look a little soft and mushy but once cooled they will become more crunchy.
