I absolutely love the vegan cookbook

I’ve grown up in a catholic household my whole life. Having this cookbook is going to be wonderful with lent starting tomorrow. The salads look beautiful and filling and being able to have the cookbook available in my phone makes it easy to figure out what to make while I’m in the go!
